Overcoming the Barrier: a Guide for Teachers on Helping Secondary School Students with Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD) (Chinese version only)

This resource pack provides tips for teachers on effective teaching and management strategies under the Whole School Approach to supporting secondary school students with SpLD. Schools can also make use of the resource pack in school-based teacher training.  The resource pack contains six chapters, namely, Understanding SpLD, School Policy, Teaching and Accommodation Strategies, Enhancing Reading and Writing Abilities, Learning Skills and Boosting Self-Confidence.  The contents of this CD ROM include suggestions for teaching and management, videos of interviews and useful attachments.  The CD ROM has been disseminated to all secondary schools in Hong Kong.
