The “Special Education Episodes” corner provides an overview of the characteristics of eight types of special schools, namely school for children with mild and mixed intellectual disability, school for children with moderate intellectual disability, school for children with severe intellectual disability, school for children with visual impairment, school for children with hearing impairment, school for children with physical disability, school for social development and hospital school. While the video produced by EDB will describe the development of special education in Hong Kong, the short videos produced by schools will give the public a better understanding of the different types of special schools in the territory.
