Integrated Education in Practice

To cater for learner diversity and ensure that every student has equal opportunity to education, the Education Bureau (EDB) has all along been encouraging ordinary schools to adopt the Whole School Approach to integrated education (IE). In recent years, a number of enhancement measures has been implemented to support the students with special educational needs (SEN).  With the continuous effort throughout the years, an inclusive culture has taken root in schools and schools have accumulated a wealth of valuable experience. In order for schools to grasp the latest development in IE and the strategies to cater for students with SEN effectively, the EDB has launched “Integrated Education in Practice” for schools’ reference.
