Every student is born equal. All students should have equal opportunities to receive education despite having different intellectual performance and learning styles.
Every student is an independent individual with a unique background, life experience and capabilities. Hence, there lie differences among students. Teachers and parents should spare no effort in accepting individual differences, promoting respect and even celebrating differences among students.
Every student has unique potential, talents and skills. It is essential that schools strive to help students develop their potential to the full with a view to helping them build self-confidence. With good faith and sufficient capabilities, students can achieve self-actualisation and make full preparation for their life in the future.
Every student is teachable and possesses the capability to shine forth. It is imperative that schools provide all students with quality education in the spirit of “education for all” so as to cater for their diverse learning and developmental needs, and to nurture them to become virtuous and talented citizens.

Schools are permeated with a caring and inclusive atmosphere where different stakeholders respect, help and appreciate one another.
A safe, harmonious and non-discriminatory learning environment is created for all students in which students have the opportunities to stretch and develop their potential to the full without being neglected or forgotten.
