Titled “Walking Together on the Path of Professional Growth” and through voice-over introduction and interviews of different guests, the 23rd issue of the SE Newsletter explores a number of topics on professional teacher training including the importance of training, the design of training courses, the application of knowledge and skills learnt in training, the establishment of a professional team of teachers, the administrative arrangement and promotion of the professional development of teachers, the changes of teachers after training and their comments on future training.
