Issue no.29 - Twice-exceptional Students

 

Titled “Twice-exceptional Students”, the 29th issue of the SE Newsletter briefly sets out the definition of twice-exceptional students and their learning and behavioural characteristics, and briefly introduces how schools identify and render support to these students. In order to enhance the effectiveness of support, teachers’ and parents’ support for and understanding of the students are very important. Other than understanding and accepting these students, teachers and parents shall also appreciate their capabilities and guide them to overcome obstacles and develop their strengths, interests and passions.
